Long time user, first time poster.

Just curious on how a listener session is counted for the Most & Least Popular Tracks (by Disconnections per Minute)?

How do you determine the difference between actual disengagement from actual listeners and listener connections that will connect and reconnect up to 8 times in a few seconds?  (possibly a bot, etc.)

I have looked all through the Centova documentation and searched the forums and cannot find an answer to this question. 

Any and all advice that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
