Centova doesn't play active scheduled playlist

Hi everyone,

Since I use Centova, I cannot trust the schedule option. In fact, I'm having some issues with the scheduled content: my scheduled playlist often doesn't start at all. :-/

Yesterday, my Shows playlist was scheduled to start at 6:00 PM and my Standard Rotation rotation playlist was set to finish at the same time (6:00 PM).

But, at 7:46 PM I realized that the Shows playlist wasn't playing and didn't start at all. The Standard Rotation rotation playlist was playing even if his time was up :-~

This problem happens to me at least one a week and I'm very tired.  My Show producers are very upset because they are working hard on these shows and I'm unable to make then play within a schedule.

What did I do wrong?  What can I do?

How long is the track "Royal Gigolos - Girls Just Wanna Dance" ?

And if you click on "MixDown" or "PartyMix" in the media library and click Preview does it play a snippet from the correct track?
