Options enable/disable

Hi Steve,

We would like to be able to active or deactivate features at will for stuff like AutoDJ, Statistics, Relaying, Free page, etc... This would allow us to set up basic plans with limited functionality, and pro with full functionality.

In essense, we'd like to charge separtaly for the extra dings and whistles.

I know we can do it for the autoDJ, but not for the rest of the stuff.
