Title: Ftp, DJ, OnDemand question

We have multiple DJ's. I would like to -

1. Create a directory for each DJ inside the OnDemand directory.

2. Have each DJ use FTP to login in to their directory and only their directory.

3. Upload their show recordings so that they can then be made available OnDemand for either streaming or download.

I see that I can assign a DJ a Private FTP Folder but are the files in that folder streamable/downloadable ie OnDemand ?

Any solution/suggestion on how this can be done much appreciated.

The DJ directories are not created inside the "ondemand" directories and therefore can't be accessed and downloaded by listeners.

You could either provide DJs with full FTP access, so that they may directly upload to the "ondemand" directory, or create a script that periodically moves/copies the tracks from the DJ directories to the "ondemand" directory.

You could also adapt the following instructions to share the ondemand directory with your DJ's without having to give them full FTP access.
