Title: Enable webcast websocket protocol in Liquidsoap

Liquidsoap natively supports the webcast websocket protocol ( https://github.com/webcast/webcast.js ) which can be used to stream to Liquidsoap i.e. with a webcaster ( https://github.com/webcast/webcaster ).
In order to use this with the DJ accounts from Centova Cast Liquidsoap needs to be configured with this protocol as input harbor.
This feature would enable DJs to stream without having to install a DJ Software on a PC. You can stream directly from your browser.
